Start with the trial case. Our discount depends on the amount of cases you send to us. If you are satisfied with our products, a formal contract can be negotiated.

| ■ What’s the turnaround time? |
| The turn-around time is 8-10 calendar days. Generally, it takes 6 days round trip with FedEx, DHL or UPS. We will inform of our customers in case any unexpected situation happens such as a flight delay. Our laboratory production is guaranteed to be within 2 calendar days. |
| ■ Do you use your own prescription form? |
Yes, we do. And we encourage our customers to use our own Rx form in order to improve the communication, avoid mistakes, and save time. If you have special requirements, e.g. preference for your own Rx form, please feel free to let us know in advance.

| ■ What if the products need remake? |
The remake rate of our labs is less than 2%. If we make the mistake, we will remake the case without any charge including the shipping fee. If it is due to wrong information given by the clients, we will remake it at the same charge

| ■ What’s your policy of confidentiality? |
| The confidential policy is very strict. We promise that we will never give out any customer information to any third party, and the related terms will be clearly stated in the related contracts. |
| ■ How do you ensure the quality of products? |
We have extensive experience in doing business with overseas dental labs in North America and Europe. And the remake rate has been controlled less than 2%. Moreover, we possess the authorized quality control systems including ISO 9001, FDA and CE certificates.
